My vision is to help those with debilitating and intimidating struggles in life, dealing with self-worth, fear and doubt, to believe they can reach their goals. My hope is to share my story, of accomplishment and joy found in the face of adversity, and encourage others that they too can find growth, success and happiness and can soar above life’s challenges and reach their dreams.

Please contact me to learn more about how my speaking engagements are facilitated. I have a variety of topics that I speak to, and my delivery method comes from a place of empathy and is honest, genuine and straight-forward. If you would like to elaborate on any in particular, let’s discuss, and I’m happy to incorporate your group’s needs.

My Talk Topic Sessions include:

Bullying is Not Cool!

Seeing Yourself As God Sees You

Overcoming Obstacles Relating to Mental Illness and Learning/Physical Disabilities

♡ Author  ♡

I’m excited to share that I will be publishing my first book ever, later next year! In it, I’ll reveal details and personal thoughts about my journey of being a person plagued with isolation, due to bullying, learning disabilities and a physical disability and the affects that it had on me mentally along with the fear I wore like a badge of honor that I just wouldn’t measure up to others. For years I was filled with numbness, but through the study of compassion and learning to forgive I am someone who even I admire. It was not an easy road, but it was one worth traveling down.

   Workshops  ♡

Throughout my sessions I’ve learned that incorporating inspirational activity is crucial for growth, and filling our minds with positive thought.

My workshops include:

My One Word: My One Word is based off of a book by Mike Ashcroft and Rachel Olsen. This activity has really helped me in my life to grow as a person, not be bogged down by the million things that we promise we are going to do in a year, and inspires me beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I incorporate a hands-on activity to go along with this!

Positive Mindset: Positive mindset is one of the most important tools you will ever have. I have an activity that really helps in understanding WHY positive mindset helps boost self esteem, self confidence, and self love. Come ready to speak POSITIVELY about yourself! And you may even be asked to bring a few pictures of yourself that reflect you in some of your happiest times. 🙂

Forgiveness: Have you fully forgiven the person that has hurt you most in life? Your bully. We have all had encounters of someone being cruel to us, just like we have had encounters where we have been cruel to others! Have you ever wondered how it feels to FULLY forgive someone? Well, I have a proven method that helps you forgive, without actually talking with the person that hurt you!

Role Play: I know that role playing can be difficult. I never enjoyed doing it when I was growing up. However, I have found a way to do this without feeling embarrassed, self conscience, or intimated! Once people get into it, they find this workshop to be extremely valuable, and I’ve heard from many that it is their favorite among all of my sessions.

The “YOU” Brochure: This is one of my favorites! We all know that brochures are created to show the best of something. What if you were trying to “sell” yourself? This exercise does just that!

**Please note, I do not hold a clinical/medical degree and all of my speaking engagements, and workshops, come from a place of personal healing that I’d simply like to share with others. If I’m able to help even one person, through my personal story of triumph, that will give me joy.**
